Pelvic Floor Friendly Exercise Programme. In the Mums Bums & Tums ‘Heat’ programme, we’ve finally nailed exercise for cardio & strengthening that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’! It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE. You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

Do you want to carry on exercising in your pregnancy? Not sure what you can do or should be avoiding? Do you want a bit more than Pilates or yoga classes?
Safe, educational and fun pregnancy exercise classes for anyone in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Come along to my pregnancy classes and you will be put into groups depending on how many weeks pregnant you are. So it is suitable for anyone from 12 weeks to 38 weeks! Classes will vary between group exercises and circuits – always safe and suitable to your trimester.
You can book weekly, which means if you are really tired or can’t make it one week then you still have the opportunity to miss a week and not have to pay for it. We have small groups so I can keep an eye on you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. We focus on pelvic floor exercises and how to do them properly with the deep core muscles activated too.
Most importantly the classes are for you to exercise safely with a lovely group of ladies whom you will have fun with and share experiences with both in the pregnancy and after. You will learn what you can do or what to avoid in your 1st 6 weeks post birth – your ‘4th Trimester’.
